Most chimneys need sweeping once a year based on average use and fuel quality, however if it is your primary heat source you may need at least two sweeps per year. Check your property insurance as many policies require at least one annual sweep to remain valid.

I operate between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday, with Saturday appointments available from September until Christmas each year.

This varies depending on the system and property access, but usually between 45 minutes and 1.5 hours, with most sweeps taking around 1 hour.
